Chip Karmatz is a retired university professor who writes in two genres; one, crime and the other, children’s stories. His crime stories have been published in various anthologies and magazines, amongst them Seventh Book of Sins by Crime Writers Queensland, and Subtropical Suspense.
A computer analyst by vocation, many of his stories revolve around solving crimes using the internet. His protagonist, Tyler, is a crippled internet security analyst.
His children’s stories are about native Australian and migrant birds that populate the Australian forests and back yards, and their interface with humans.
